Can I obtain the values chosen by R in a slider list question?

0

I have a slider list and want to use custom scripting to examine the values chosen by R and use them to control aubsequent questionnaire logic.

Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks in advance

    Hi Richard,

    What do you mean by `R`? The only entity setting values in a Slider list is the respondent, as best I can recall.

    To get the values selected in a Slider list question by the respondent, use the standard “get value” function:

    %%sliderQuestionId = 5;

    %%selectedValues = sgapiGetValue(%%sliderQuestionId);

    %%output = sgapiPrint_R(%%selectedValues);

    The values from a Slider list question type will be returned as an associative array, where the keys are the row SKUs of the Slider list rows. Consult the Survey Legend (found in the Tools tab) for all IDs and SKUs in your survey.

    I hope this information helps!
