We want to build a system where some of our out-stationed staff will entered contacts they have had with key customers throughout the year. Their manager would like to know if it’s possible to have a set-up where if an out-stationed staff member records a contact in SG, an email is sent to her manager and all other relevant out-stationed staff, alerting them to this new entry (maybe with info like who entered it, etc.) This way they can stay abreast of each others work with key customers and employ SG’s data tracking tools. You can do this by adding email actions to the end page of the survey. There are a lot of details involved, so I would recommend that you review the SurveyGizmo documentation.
