My build will not allow me to update some of my pages. The save page button doesnt do anything.
Has this problem persisted? Without being able to access your account, I would guess that this was a temporary problem caused by a problem somewhere in your internet connection.
If your build is still frozen you should contact SurveyGizmo Support at https://community.surveygizmo.com/email-a-support-hero/
Sorry that I can’t offer too much assistance. If I were in your position I would probably try clearing my browser cache first. If that did nothing I would try accessing SurveyGizmo thru a different browser.
Jim this is a reply to my build freezing. Yes it persists. I cannot update a build page. I believe I have set up my account to give access to survey gizmo tech people for 30 days. Do you have any other ideas as to what I can do?
