I have recently issued a survey using an Email Campaign, updating the contacts through an Excel spreadsheet.
My surveys sometimes go to the same person (email address) more than once to survey different suppliers.
Some emails have bounced, in certain cases for the same email address, some surveys were received and some bounced.
Having read you guide on Bounced emails (they should not be sent again, new email addresses should be input and resending bounced emails will be flagged within Survey Gizmo), how do I now survey the email addresses that have bounced (I know they are correct emails)?

In the past, I have created a new email campaign and uploaded the correct emails to the new campaign. This may be an option for you.
