I have a study that uses a lot of email addresses that start with general names like ‘admin@’, ‘sales@’. Is there a way to work around this or adjust settings?
Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust settings.
Review SurveyGizmo’s policy on using their email system (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/email-deliverability). Under the MAINTAINING CLEAN LISTS section they explain why these types of group email addresses are not allowed.
One possible workaround would be to use URL variables and your personal email account to send survey links to these email addresses.
