[Solved] billing unfair

you are taking payment every month from my account with out any prior indication whether to ask for continuation or stop, I intend to use only for one month for my university project, i never used after that only one project.

and you keep taking money from my bank count, i happened to check randomly, i came to know this.

This is unfair from your end.

      This is absolutely unacceptable.  You made me create an account so I can contact you, and now you want me to pay to ask for help?  All I want is to find out why you people charged my credit card.  I did NOT request or approve this charge and I need you to refund me completely for whatever it is you charged me for.
