When I signed up for SurveyGizmo some months ago, my Basic plan allowed me to send out test surveys. Now suddenly SurveyGizmo requires me to sign up for the most expensive plan in order to send out test surveys? What’s up with that?
My sincerest apologies with regard to this. This update to the Basic Account structure should have affected new Basic account only.
I went ahead and re-added this feature to your account just moments ago (it will take a few minutes for this to be visible again in your account) as your account should be grandfathered to have this feature.
