I closed the survey and switched to free account so we can write up our results but I am still being charged. Standardized reports are showing up under Reports but I didn’t even choose them or log into Survey Gizmo for the last 4 months. When I call I get voicemail that they are unavailable – HELP!
I suggest reaching out to email@example.com in reference to any billing issues. You shouldn’t incur any charges just for having Standard Reports (those are available on any account), but reaching out to the SG at the above email should allow to clear things up.
