We have a survey currently in progress (Photo Contest) – all those that enter are receiving a bounce back email from an employee that no longer works at our organization. How can I rectify this immediately without losing any data?
Since the respondents are getting this bounce back, it leads me to believe that one of the email actions on your survey is sending with the respondent’s email as the ‘from email’ and one of the ‘send to’ emails on the Send Email Action is the one that is generating the bounce back.
You will need to track down the email action that is sending from the survey taker to the email causing the bounce back and remove that email.
