How am I supposed to work on the weekend to set up a survey when I have to wait for authorization to send an email campaign? I need to send this campaign out on Monday morning and I am being told that you all have to authorize it. This is limiting me, the customer, as to when I can and can’t work. I am new to Survey Gizmo and I understand the purpose behind this, but I need the flexibility to do my job on the weekends. I am hoping that you all will have a system in place to authorize me very very soon…like within the next 15 minutes, but I am not sure that is going to happen because even your chat sessions are only during working hours.
Please help me understand how you can help me.
