I clicked the link to authorize my campaign but received the following email back:
“we see that there is an incomplete request that has not been submitted thoroughly, which is why we have not been able to approve the request. It appears there is a field in the request that was missing so we will need you to fill out the request with all fields correctly filled out. Then continue until the request is submitted successfully.”
I don’t know what fields are missing. Can anyone help?

I need the survey Patient Experience Therapeutic Experience Survey to go out. All recipient email addresses are within our organization.
There is a link to request authorization on the Send step of Email Campaigns. This will take you to a form that once filled out will be submitted for authorization.
