Why aren’t all my survey results being collected?


When I check for new results of my survey right after they are entered, or a day later, some of the results are missing from the excel sheet that is exported. More of them show up in Individual Responses” but not all of them. How do I resolve this issue? I use Google Chrome for my web browser, and I am confident that the submit button is clicked after the survey is completed each time.

    This is a difficult problem for your fellow SurveyGizmo users to diagnose.  Assuming that you are refreshing the export before you download the file, my guess is that this may have been a temporary glitch in the database.  If the problem persists, you should contact SurveyGizmo Support – https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/surveygizmo-support-hours

      This has been happening for a few days now. I refresh the export before I download the file. Thank you for the answer!
