Why do I keep getting “The app.surveygizmo.com page isn’t working” error page whenever I try to generate Reports in the Results tab?
It’s a bit tricky to know what might be causing this error – was the report working for you at some point and then stopped working after you performed a specific action? Or are you trying to access/create your first report and not able to?
You might need to reach out to SurveyGizmo’s support at firstname.lastname@example.org as they will be able to take a look at the report and troubleshoot for you.

Thanks. Yes,I’m actually trying to generate a first report after testing the survey with auto generated results to make sure it will provide everything I’m looking for before officially sending it out. It’s weird because all the other options work. It’s only the Reports tab that produces the error message.
