Annual Full Access License checkout keeps hanging

I’m trying to upgrade to a full access license from a free account. However after filling all the required information and selecting the creditcard on file the submit buttons keep spinning and the process hangs. The Dev Console in my chrome browser says the server responded with a 500 status code. Though your system status indicator says all systems are operational? So it seems i’m the only one affected by this? Help

      surveygizmo doesnt want to collect subscription? :)
      please assist asap. need it up and running in the next day
