Aggregate responses from multiple surveys

Hi. I am looking to issue monthly or quarterly survey to my customers and then provide them with aggregated responses over the year. Is there an easy way to aggregate responses from the monthly or quarterly responses? There will be 80 clients so generating 80 separating links for each one doesn’t seem to be effecient. Do you have any ideas how I can do this?

Can you please clarify – are these monthly/quarterly surveys identical surveys?  Do you clone the previous quarterly survey and use if for the current quarter?

If this is the case, you should consider using a single survey and sending your respondents a different tracking link ( each quarter.  This would make the creation of aggregated reports very easy since you can use tracking links to filter standard reports.

This does not help you if your current response data is contained in several different surveys – you will have some extra work to do.  There is nothing in SurveyGizmo that would let you access two or more survey databases simultaneously.  One option would be to export response data from your surveys and then import it into empty survey that you will use for reporting purpose.  The drawback to this is that unless you have date information within the survey, you will not be able to aggregate by quarters or years.  All of the imported data will have the import date.

You could also import your survey data in MS Excel or Access and use those tools to create reports.
