We are getting some errors from time to time that notes the session id, survey id and the action id. Is there a way to get more information regarding the error? we might like to see the data that is being used to send into the query for example that results in “no records found”.
This is an action that queries our salesforce instance for some data prior to the survey starting.
When we receive this error it seems the survey is not getting created so the session id really does not work for us as we are guessing that the error occurs and prevents the generation of the survey. We are sort of then making a guess what might be going on.
This is the error we are receiving for example:
