Why does adding sg-hide CSS name hide my coupon codes too?

Does anyone know why the sg-hide command is hiding the coupon codes supposed to be displayed on the Thank You page? I am referring to the login/password approach to auto-assigning coupon codes. If I test everything (redirect from first to second survey and getting the coupon code) without the sg-hide command everything works. However, if I add the sg-command to the login/password action, everything works but I just get a blank where the Coupon code is supposed to be. I have checked the results and it looks like the process still works even when there is no coupon displayed which means the sg-hide command is the issue.
