Adding respondent contact details to report

When I export a Standard report, for open text responses, I see a response ID and text. I want to know more details on the response ID – such as name of the person, and organization. In other words, I want to see who said what in my report.

Is there a way to get this information into the report? If I could, it will allow me to use the standard pdf as is and share with leaders in my company. Otherwise I’ll have to work with raw data and create reports – not the preferred way

Please help if anyone knows how to do this.

    Hi Priya,

We have a feature that allows you to include contact info from email campaigns in reports:

If you do not use an email campaign to distribute your survey here are some other options for identifying whose response is whose:

    I hope this helps!

      • Ah – i hoped this would answer my question but it did not. You know the Details tab you can see under the Individual Responses? I want to chart the Http referrer in the report (i would love to be able to code it first but that might be too much to ask). That would tell us whether people came from facebook, our own web page etc.

      • @fionacameron: Thank you for your question!

I’m afraid that the Http referrer data is not currently available as a data point that can be charted within a report. The best current option for getting this data in a file would be to create a CSV/Excel Export:

This export will contain a column for the referrer data and might be a good starting point for charting this data.

I’m sorry for the trouble and hope this helps clarify!
