When i am adding an action Username/Password it says there are duplicates, but I cannot see any.
The Duplicates message that you are referring to concerns the password fields only – is this the first file that you are uploading to the login action, or have you already added passwords and are adding more?
For troubleshooting steps, I would recommend reviewing the password column in your spreadsheet and also suggest creating a new login action.
