Why i am not able to add a particular user


I was trying to add a user in Survey Gizmo. It throws and error after creating USER ID and email “this email already exists. Please use another email ID”


I can see this email ID is not present in any of the user as i have only limited users. 


I have added many users in the past but never had this issue before.

    This message can refer to the email address being in use either already in your account (not the case), or being used in another account (likely the case in your scenario).

    The email address that you are wanting to add is probably associated with another SurveyGizmo account, perhaps an older trial or something along those lines. That individual will probably need to reach out to SurveyGizmo if they don’t know whether this is the case:
