Secondly – how can I see how the original contacts were mapped so that I can map the additions the same way? Another person loaded the initial contacts and she is no longer with the company.

This document should help with adding a contact to an existing email campaign (the process is essentially the same as adding the contacts initially):
In terms of seeing how the original contacts were mapped, the best option for that will be to download the Status Log (it’s essentially your contact file).
You can access this from the Contacts tab in your Email Campaign via a link titled “Export Contacts with Send Status”.
