I have a button a straightforward Radio button question with 2 options (yes/no), that avoid overload of information.
However, for those respondents who require more information, I would like to add on the same screen for the respondent a button with “additional information”, that the respondent has the opportunity to check if he feels like it.
The button should display on the same screen as the radio button question, and if clicked, display that additional info on another question/screen, yet revert back to the original radio button question when done.
How can I easily achieve this?
Thanks for your help.
The easiest and cleanest way to do this would be to use the tool tip workaround found in the SurveyGizmo documentation (https://help.surveygizmo.com/help/hover-text). This is a CSS trick that allows you to offer your respondents more information within the relevant question.
This is cleaner, more user-friendly approach – you will not force your respondents to navigate away from the page.
The possible limitations are that you can only place a limited amount of text, and you will need some proficiency with CSS to customize SurveyGizmo’s example code to work in your survey.
