Hey Sir/Madam,

I have created a new account: email removed by community moderator and paid US$300 for the basic user plan. However, when we developed our survey today, some basic plan functions are being locked.

Would you please check and advise.

    Do you have any examples of features that are being locked that should by on the Basic License? You can refer to the full feature list here:
