Can’t access all my survey projects


On the dashboard, I can see that I have 72 surveys, but when I click on that number, only 23 appear on the right side of the dashboard. How can I access the other projects?

    This typically means that there is a permissions issue on your user (i.e. your user is not assigned to a specific ‘team’ that the surveys in question are assigned to). Assuming that you have a multi-user account, you would need to reach out to the account admin (perhaps you are the admin) and make sure that your user has the appropriate permissions.
