Can’t access invoices after switched back to free format (even though I am paid through another 5 days)


I last paid SurveyGizmo for an upgraded account on January 4, so I should be paid through February 3 (5 days from now) even though I downgraded to the free account.

I am trying to access an old invoice for company purposes but that option is no longer available. I can no longer chat or email support either.

Any advice? Thanks!

    I suggest emailing SurveyGizmo’s Billing Team at They will be able to advise specifically with regard to what they see in your account, whereas other user in the Community forum will only be able to provide suggestions.
