How to access and delete surveys in an invisible folder (free account)

My account was downgraded to free at some point. From the downloaded survey list it seems that I have 10 saved surveys — mostly with the status ‘deleted.’ However I can’t see them or completely remove them. Maybe because with a free account you can’t see your deleted folder? I have one visible survey on my list. If I hover over ‘All Surveys’ a 3 appears (see screen grab, below). When I click the linked text (3) All Surveys, nothing happens (pop up blockers are disabled on the page). Any idea how I can access and delete the old surveys?

    Unfortunately I have the same issue: I cannot see archived surveys (I need to delete one before I can build a new survey).

      After doing a bit of research, it looks like those issues were previously addressed via our Support Team and were actually a little different than the problem that you are seeing.
